1. Keep yourself hydrated by drinking enough water to ensure good skin.

2. Avoid hot showers that can be drying.

3. Apply sunscreen to your neck, chest, and hands first.

4. Make sure you remove all your makeup and cleanse your skin beforebedtime. Also remember to cleanse your skin every morning.

5. Exfoliate your skin every week and do it at night rather than during the day. Your skin renews overnight, so removing dead skin before bedtime enhances the skin’s function.

6. Don't ever rub your eyes.

7. Rub in a rich intense moisturising body lotion daily after bathing on slightly damp body for healthy and hydrated skin.

8. Balance your diet, consume more greens and less sugar and caffeine

9. Cold water prevents skin aging. Every morning, splash cold water on your face 2-3 times. This will make your skin energetic, fresh and fine. Do this even before going to bed.
