How Do You Reduce A Fat Belly?

  1. The best way to reduce weight is to have a healthy diet and include at least 30 minute of physical exercise / activity in your routine.
  2. Pay attention while you eat. Many times, we snack while doing other things such as watching TV. Without even knowing it, we have consumed a few hundred extra calories.That may not seem like much, but it adds up.
  3. Get in the habit of eating healthily on a daily basis. Eat loads of fresh fruit and vegetables throughout the day.
  4. Start and finish your eating for the day early. Eat breakfast as early as possible,and finish your day off with an early dinner and a no-eat-after-8pm (forexample)policy. Your body is most active during the daytime, whichmeans that it will burn more calories than at night.
  5. Drink at least eight glasses of water per day. Water is not just a thirst quencher―it actually speeds the body's metabolism.
  6. Take five (thousand) extra steps a day. A typical person takes about 5000 steps per day between going to work, running errands and doing chores around the house.
  7. One can also join a gym or take food and diet supplements.

 

Losing weight is not at all a tuff task. The tuff task is to maintain it. For this you have to arrange your lifestyle differently. You cannot do whatever you want to do. You have to be cautious about what you do. You should have a planning.

Before attempting for dieting you have to know what you take as diet, what you do that means what are the physical works you do. If you want to know these you have to keep note about these. So keep note about all- what you eat, what you do, even if you taste while cooking, write it too. It’s true that you know what you do or what you eat but if you keep note about these then you’ll have a clear picture of your dietary and working habit.
