Good health is essential to good life

Life is not merely to be alive but to be healthy and wealthy. A spanish proverb says that " A man who is too busy to take care of his health is like a mechanic too busy to take care of his tools". So many people spend their health in gaining wealth and then spend their wealth to regain their health.

Mahatma gandhi says that it is health that is the real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver.

Buddha says that the secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn the past but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.

 

Yes health is certainly wealth,every thing can be brought by money,but one can earn money only he has good health,health cannot be brought by money,thus if a person has good health he can work more efficiently, live longer and will earn more money,hence health is true wealth.To get rich never risk your health. For it is the truth that " HEALTH is the WEALTH of all WEALTH".
